Position~ FPGA Verification/Design Engineer (Avionics, DO-254)
Experience~ 8–20 years
Education~ STEM degree required
Key Skills~
SystemVerilog / UVM
FPGA verification & lab testing
DO-254 compliance (Required)
Xilinx FPGA (Preferred)
Responsibilities~
RTL design & simulation (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
Develop UVM test environments
Perform static timing, linting, and CDC analysis
Support DO-254 certification (DAL-A)
Participate in FAA audits
Manage full hardware lifecycle~ requirements → design → synthesis → place & route
Provide technical & process guidance to offshore teams
Requirements~
Strong FPGA/ASIC verification experience (5+ years minimum)
Experience with DO-254 documentation & processes
Ability to mentor & coordinate remote teams
Strong communication skills
