About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex hardware systems and PCB designs for product development. The role requires expertise in schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, board bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting.
The candidate should possess strong knowledge of high-speed digital and mixed-signal design practices, hardware interfaces, EMI/EMC compliance, and manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain hardware design documentation.
Design schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
Identify, evaluate, and validate new and alternate electronic components.
Perform hardware design reviews and ensure compliance with design standards.
Develop hardware test plans and validation procedures.
Conduct board bring-up, debugging, and functional testing.
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
Generate, maintain, and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM).
Support documentation control activities and engineering change management.
Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams during product build and release.
Ensure EMI/EMC compliance in product designs.
Support prototype development, testing, and product qualification activities.
