Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Customization: Develop and configure PolicyCenter PCF screens, rules engine, data model, wizards, and workflows.

Integration: Build integrations with external systems using APIs and web services (SOAP/REST).

Product Modeling: Set up insurance products, including coverages, rating management, and underwriting rules.

Testing & Quality: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and ensure code quality using tools like GUnit and Jenkins.

Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, design sessions, and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in GOSU (mandatory), Java, XML, and SQL.

Guidewire Knowledge: 8+ years experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, including underwriting, rating, and policy transactions.

Tools: Experience with Git/Subversion, Jenkins, and Application Servers (WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat).
