Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Developer with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. The candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire development, configuration, and integration within the P&C insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
Customize data model, UI (PCF), workflows, and business rules
Work on Gosu scripting for application customization
Design and implement integrations using web services (REST/SOAP)
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and coding standards
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter)
Hands-on expertise in Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Workflows
Experience with Guidewire Integration (APIs, Messaging)
Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML
Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
Experience in Agile development methodology
Good to Have:
Guidewire Certification (Associate/Professional)
Experience in Guidewire Digital Portals
Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of rating, underwriting, claims lifecycle
Key Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
