We are looking for a GTM Engineer who can combine technology, automation, data, AI, growth, and sales operations to build scalable go-to-market systems.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of engineering, growth, sales, operations, and AI. You will work directly with founders to design, automate, and optimize the systems that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
GTM Infrastructure
Build and manage outbound lead generation systems.
Create prospecting workflows and scalable customer acquisition processes.
Set up and optimize CRM systems and sales pipelines.
Build workflows that improve GTM efficiency and execution.
Growth Automation
Design and implement automated outbound campaigns.
Build workflows using AI, APIs, automation tools, and no-code platforms.
Reduce manual work across sales, growth, and operations functions.
Continuously improve GTM processes through experimentation.
Data & Analytics
Track and analyze funnel performance across acquisition channels.
Build dashboards and reporting systems.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth optimization.
Measure performance of campaigns, outreach, and GTM initiatives.
AI & Workflow Engineering
Use AI tools to improve prospecting, research, qualification, and outreach.
Build AI-powered internal workflows and growth systems.
Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies and tools.
Leverage automation wherever possible to increase efficiency.
Research & Market Intelligence
Identify target markets, ICPs, buyer personas, and growth opportunities.
Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Support founders with strategic GTM insights and recommendations.
Founder Collaboration
Work directly with founders on GTM strategy and execution.
Convert growth ideas into repeatable systems.
Take ownership of key growth initiatives from planning to implementation.
Requirements
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, AI, startups, or technology businesses.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar.
Experience with automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication and execution abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience building outbound lead generation systems.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, JavaScript, or scripting tools.
Experience with AI workflows and LLM-based automation.
Experience in growth, sales operations, RevOps, or GTM engineering roles.
