About the Role:
Mobly is looking for a GTM Engineer to strengthen the operating system behind our revenue team.
You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, and marketing leadership to connect the tools, data, automations, workflows, and reporting behind how we create pipeline, convert opportunities, onboard customers, and support growth.
**This role is located in Lehi, Utah.**
What You'll own:
Revenue Systems and Architecture
Own and optimize the systems that power Mobly’s GTM motion, including Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment tools, AI platforms, and supporting tools.
Design and improve workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support.
Identify opportunities to simplify systems, eliminate friction, and turn underused tooling into measurable team productivity.
Maintain documentation and governance across key platforms so the systems you build can scale beyond one person.
Data Quality and Reporting
Build the foundation for accurate reporting and trustworthy decision making.
Establish and maintain data quality standards across Salesforce and HubSpot.
Improve lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, campaign tracking, and source reporting.
Build dashboards that provide clear visibility into what’s working, what’s stuck, and where the business needs to focus.
Marketing Automation and Lead Management
Build workflows that support audience segmentation
Improve and scale automated nurture and follow-up workflows
Optimize lead management processes to improve engagement and conversion
Support campaign execution, attribution, and performance measurement
Help operationalize data captured through Mobly's platform into downstream marketing and sales motions
AI and Automation
Design and implement workflows using tools such as Clay, Claude, n8n, Amplemarket, AskElephant, and other emerging technologies.
Build systems that improve speed to lead, enrichment, routing, follow up, reporting, and internal productivity.
Experiment with AI powered approaches to content creation, research, prospecting, data quality, and team enablement.
Bring new ideas to the table as GTM technology and AI continue to evolve.
Cross Functional Alignment
Bridge gaps between marketing, sales, implementation, and customer success.
Improve how leads, opportunities, customers, and internal context move from one team to the next.
Build workflows that eliminate missed follow up, unclear ownership, messy handoffs, and manual work.
Requirements:
