Location: SOUTHCOM HQ, Doral, FL / Off-site
Office: U.S. SOUTHERN COMMAND J2 Required clearance: No Required education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration. Description: * Establish and maintain GitLab repositories for version control, code collaboration, and tracking changes to scripts, documentation, and system configurations. * Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) in GitLab, ensuring only authorized personnel can access and modify repositories. * Submit the GitLab Access & Security Compliance Report, documenting repository management, user access controls, and security policies. Required Experience: * Possess the knowledge and capability to administer, maintain, and optimize GitLab for version control, repository management, and secure DevSecOps workflows. * Must be proficient in CI/CD pipeline configuration, access control management, and code repository best practices. * Strong troubleshooting and automation skills are required to support software development teams. * Personnel must have demonstrated experience in managing Git repositories, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure DevSecOps integration. * Experience with access control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management is required. Desired Qualifications: * Desirable but not required certifications include GitLab Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
