Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve functional gaps within the system to enhance overall performance.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SoC Verification.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SoC Verification.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
