About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Safety Engineer to support safety-critical system development for heavy equipment platforms. The role involves working across the safety lifecycle in compliance with ISO 26262.

Key Requirements:

✔ Strong experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
✔ Expertise in HARA, FSC, TSC development
✔ Experience in safety analysis (FMEA, FTA)
✔ Good understanding of system architecture & safety concepts
✔ Experience with safety validation & verification

Nice to Have:

➕ Experience in automotive or off-highway domain
➕ Familiarity with tools like Medini Analyze / Ansys
➕ Knowledge of CAN / J1939 protocols
➕ Experience working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Perform Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA)
• Develop Functional Safety Concept (FSC) & Technical Safety Concept (TSC)
• Support system and software safety requirements
• Conduct safety analysis (FMEA, FTA, FMEDA)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 safety lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for safety integration
