Role Description The FPGA Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading a team of FPGA engineers in designing, implementing, and verifying FPGA-based digital systems for telecom and related applications. The FPGA Team Lead will define architecture, review RTL designs, drive simulation and verification plans, and oversee integration with embedded hardware and software. Responsibilities include planning and assigning tasks, mentoring team members, conducting design and code reviews, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves close collaboration with system architects, hardware, firmware, and testing teams to deliver robust, production-ready FPGA solutions.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in FPGA design, including RTL coding (e.g., VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog), synthesis, timing closure, and resource optimization on leading FPGA platforms.
Experience with FPGA verification, including simulation tools, testbench development, functional verification, and debugging using logic analyzers and related lab equipment.
Background in digital signal processing, high-speed interfaces, or communication protocols relevant to telecom or satellite systems is highly beneficial.
Proven experience leading or mentoring FPGA or digital design teams, with skills in task planning, code review, and collaborative problem-solving.
Familiarity with hardware–software integration, embedded systems, and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and drive solutions under time constraints.
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to document designs, reviews, and test results thoroughly.
Industry experience in telecommunications, defense, or other high-reliability domains is an advantage.
