FPGA / ASIC Design Engineer

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: 6 month assignment, possible extension

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $112.80/hr

We are seeking experienced FPGA / ASIC Design Engineers to support advanced digital hardware development and system integration.

Requirements:

5+ years of FPGA and/or ASIC design experience
Strong Xilinx/AMD Vivado experience
Experience with Xilinx Versal family devices
Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog HDL
Advanced FPGA implementation skills, including synthesis, timing closure, and constraints
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required to start
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field

Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate new FPGA functional blocks and interfaces
Integrate third-party and in-house IP cores
Perform synthesis, simulation, Place & Route, and timing closure
Update FPGA constraint files and program FPGA devices
Support hardware/software system integration and testing
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions
