Founding Software Engineer

We’re hiring a Founding Engineer in NYC!

At PlayMaker, we’re building the operating system for sports sponsorship. We help clubs, leagues, and brands run smarter commercial partnerships businesses across pipeline management, inventory, activation, and reporting.

We’re already working with professional sports teams including Austin FC, San Diego Wave FC and Mercury13, and we’re now looking for an exceptional engineer to join our founding team in New York.

This is a customer-facing role - combining traditional engineering expertise with product-sense and strong communication skills. You’ll work directly with other members of our founding team to own features end-to-end; from customer requests, to product discussion, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited by small teams, high ownership, and building alongside founders in-person in NYC.

📍New York City (4–5 days/week in office)
💰Up to $180k base + meaningful equity
