Founding Engineer - RTL Engineer - Stealth Startup
Are you an ambitious engineer with between 1-7 years' of experience looking to take their career to the next level in a position of real responsibility at a fast-growing, well-backed AI/GPU startup in the San Francisco Bay Area? Starting as a founding engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and gain real equity potential along the way.

What we're looking for
Strong proficiency in RTL coding using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
Strong understanding of microarchitecture, data path design, memory subsystems, and PPA tradeoffs
Experience with modern EDA tools and/or open-source toolchains such as Verilator, Yosys, OpenSTA, or similar tools
Prior experience with AI acceleration silicon, Tensor cores, NVDLA-based architectures, custom NPUs, or similar systems is a plus
Interest in AI-aided design, ML-for-EDA, or using agents to automate hardware engineering workflows is a plus
Very strong communication skills
