Founding FPGA Engineer (HFT Build Out)

A genuinely rare opportunity to become the first FPGA hire at a newly independent systematic hedge fund building out its High Frequency Trading business.

Joining alongside a newly appointed HFT engineering leader from one of the industry's top electronic trading firms, you'll have the chance to build the FPGA function from the ground up; shaping architecture, technology decisions and the future direction of the team.

You'll be:
Building ultra-low latency FPGA solutions for live trading.
Working closely with quants and low-latency engineers.
Designing a greenfield HFT platform with real technical ownership.

We're looking for:
Strong FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog).
Background in HFT, market making, exchanges or low-latency trading.
Engineers who want to build rather than maintain.
