As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will build frontier agentic systems that replace manual back-office operations for global CPG brands. You'll bridge the gap between high-level customer problems and production-ready AI workflows, shipping features in hours to automate the complex supply chain and logistics processes powering the world’s largest retailers.

What You Will Do

Partner directly with CPG brands to map complex manual workflows into sophisticated, autonomous software abstractions.
Design and deploy agent-driven systems that integrate with ERPs and retailer portals to execute business processes end-to-end.
Improve the reliability and observability of non-deterministic AI systems, ensuring accuracy in high-stakes production environments.

The ideal candidate

2-5+ years of experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end with a focus on backend, APIs, and data modeling.
Exceptional communicator who thrives in high-pressure, ambiguous environments and defaults to immediate action over theoretical elegance.
Proven track record of working tirelessly to solve real-world problems, ideally with experience in LLMs, agentic orchestration, or distributed systems.
