Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions across the full technology stack.
Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Partner with Product, Design, and Leadership teams to define product roadmaps and priorities.
Build and maintain high-performance backend services, APIs, and customer-facing applications.
Lead technical implementation of customer deployments and integrations.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and reliability.
Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering best practices, and technical standards.
Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and take ownership of critical initiatives from concept to deployment.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Required Qualifications
3–8 years of software engineering experience, preferably within high-growth startups.
Experience as a Founding Engineer, Founding Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, or similar startup engineering role.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or C++.
Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and system design.
Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute independently.
