Overview: We are building an AI platform and transformation company for regulated industries.
Experience
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1.5-2 years building and shipping production LLM or agent-based systems. The ideal candidate brings:
4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong API design and backend fundamentals
Experience building and shipping production agent-based systems
Deep Python fluency and hands-on work with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to make agents reliable in production: handling tool-call failures, retries, guardrails, and evaluation
Experience designing evals or test harnesses for non-deterministic systems
Nice to have: Comfort in regulated, high-stakes environments (fintech, banking, or healthcare)
What You'll Do
What you’ll do. Own the technical roadmap from day one, reporting to the CEO. Envision the product in close partnership with our design-partners shaping core architecture decisions that will define the platform.
Compensation
150,000-200,000 USD + significant founding-team equity
