We’re hiring a Founding Engineer at FractiFi.
FractiFi is building institutional infrastructure for tokenized financial products, starting with tokenized deposits & cash management, expanding into regulated real world asset rails.
We recently closed a partnership with Avalanche, have traction with banks, institutions and were featured in Entrepreneur.
Now we’re looking for a serious technical builder who wants to help shape the architecture from the ground up.
This is not a normal engineering role.
We are looking for someone who can think across product, infrastructure, compliance, security, and capital markets. Someone who understands that the future of tokenized finance will not be built through hype, but through reliable systems that institutions can actually use.
You will work directly with the founding team on:
• Platform architecture
• Investor and issuer infrastructure
• Smart contract logic
• Wallet and identity flows
• KYC and compliance integrations
• Tokenized cash management rails
• Security, auditability, and scalability
• Early product decisions that will define the company
The ideal person has experience with one or more of:
• Fintech infrastructure
• Blockchain or smart contracts
• Payments, custody, wallets, or identity
• Regulated financial platforms
• Backend systems and API architecture
• Security focused engineering
• Early stage startup building
We care more about ownership, judgment, and technical depth than perfect credentials.
This is for someone who wants to build, not just advise. Someone who wants to own core infrastructure early, work close to the business side, and help define how regulated financial products move onchain.
We can offer meaningful upside, a strong strategic position, institutional traction, and the chance to build alongside a team already opening doors with banks, funds, and ecosystem partners.
