You will architect the foundational systems for a multi-product ecosystem that transforms raw narratives into structured, actionable intelligence for law enforcement. Working alongside a former detective and an ex-Palantir CTO, you'll ship AI-powered tools that automate investigative workflows, accelerate lead discovery, and directly improve community safety through cutting-edge technology.

What You Will Do
Architect and build core features across reporting and intelligence platforms using React, Next.js, and Python.
Design robust RAG pipelines and vector database workflows to handle complex, unstructured narratives and multimedia data.
Collaborate directly with detectives and officers in the field to validate product usability and refine mission-critical investigative workflows.
The ideal candidate
2-10 years of experience shipping production-grade AI products with a strong focus on LLMs, embeddings, and modern web stacks.
Proven ability to operate as a product engineer, balancing deep technical architecture with a rapid ship-and-iterate mindset.
US citizenship is required to meet the security clearance standards necessary for building infrastructure for law enforcement agencies.
