Job Description: Join an 8-person team building the platform that helps enterprises actually deploy AI agents. Every company wants to ship agents but almost none of them can, because the permissions, guardrails, and activity logging required to do it safely inside a real organization do not exist yet. This company is building exactly that, and early customers are already automating several hours of their workday with it. The CEO built RapidAPI to several hundred people and knows how to scale enterprise software. The $12.5M seed round was led by Human Capital, the fund behind SpaceX, Snowflake, and Anduril, with 50 plus companies already using the product. This is one of the first engineering seats at a company that has the founder pedigree, the funding, and the early traction to go the distance.

What you will do:
Own the application layer of the platform end-to-end, from observability and permissions through to the interfaces enterprises use to build and manage their agent workforces, working across React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
Work directly with early customers to understand how they are deploying agents, iterate fast on their feedback, and help scale the product to meet the demand that is already in front of the company
Shape the technical direction and culture of the engineering team as one of the first engineers, with direct access to the CEO and COO and a clear path to growing into leadership as the team scales

The ideal candidate:
3 to 7 years of fullstack engineering experience at a top-tier product-led tech company like Notion, Ramp, PostHog, Retool, or Figma, or a founder who went through a top accelerator like YC, with a degree from a top-25 school in a technical field and a demonstrated fast promotion track
Strong product intuition and experience owning features end-to-end from concept through launch, with experience in AI/ML systems or agentic workflows and cloud deployment across AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
Clear signals of excellence across your background, not just tenure, someone who has built things that mattered, moved fast, and can point to real outcomes they drove rather than just tickets they closed
