The role
You’ll embed with users to understand their most high‑leverage needs and build AI‑driven agents and applications that handle end‑to‑end financial and operational tasks. Expect to work across Python backends, document‑processing pipelines, browser‑automation agents, and internal tools.
You’ll iterate quickly, collaborate closely with founders and early design partners, and occasionally travel for on‑site discovery (up to 25%) while working from one of the company’s regional hubs.
The essential requirements
Strong customer‑centric mindset and comfort taking full ownership of outcomes
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
Experience shipping production systems using large structured/unstructured datasets
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical users
Demonstrated ability to deliver real‑world value through software or analytical products
Willingness to travel as needed
What will make you stand out
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience building or integrating AI/LLM‑based agent systems
Exposure to document parsing, browser automation, RAG pipelines, or distributed compute
Familiarity with modern front‑end tooling (e.g., React)
