An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup transforming the financial services sector. Backed by strong early customer traction and strategic partnerships, the business is building AI-powered solutions that automate complex workflows and unlock productivity across banks and lenders.
As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy solutions that integrate cutting-edge AI into real-world operations. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, helping shape both customer outcomes and the future direction of the platform.
What You'll Do
Build integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
Work with customers to gather requirements and design solutions.
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Support deployments, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
Strong Python skills.
Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions.
Strong API integration experience (REST and/or GraphQL).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
