The team is highly technical, product-focused, and moving quickly in one of the most important areas of AI infrastructure.
The Role
As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and go-to-market. You’ll lead technical customer engagements, run POCs, troubleshoot integrations, and help enterprise customers successfully deploy AI systems in production.
This is a highly cross-functional role combining technical depth with customer-facing problem solving.
What You’ll Do
Lead technical delivery for POCs and enterprise implementations
Run architecture discussions, demos, and technical deep dives
Troubleshoot integrations across security, identity, and infrastructure systems
Build custom solutions and configurations for customer environments
Act as the technical lead during customer and pre-sales conversations
Support complex technical escalations and deployment challenges
What They’re Looking For
~4+ years experience with a CS degree from a strong program
Strong technical foundations with the ability to engage senior engineering and security stakeholders
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Interest in combining hands-on technical work with customer interaction
Nice to Have
Experience shipping production software
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, identity, or security tooling
Startup, side-project, or founder experience
