Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, Il, for a Forward Deployment Engineer. The primary responsibilities include managing system integrations, providing technical support to streamline deployments, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing operational systems for enhanced effectiveness. The engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and functionality of the technology solutions provided by the company.
Qualifications
3+ years working directly with external customers in technical engagements
Experience in a customer-facing technical role
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in live or field environments
Hands-On Engineering Experience in Production
Experience with System Integration and deployment processes
Familiarity with Operating Systems and their configurations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to Translate Business Problems to Technical Solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
