We’re looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, solve high-impact operational problems, and help shape the future of our platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success - ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and love owning outcomes end-to-end.

🌍 What You’ll Do
🤝 Embed Directly With Customers
Work inside real customer environments to deeply understand their workflows, constraints, data, and operational pain points
Become a trusted technical partner for customer teams and stakeholders
⚡ Ship Fast, Solve Real Problems
Build custom integrations, workflows, and product features on top of our platform and APIs
Rapidly prototype solutions against live customer workflows — often on aggressive timelines
Debug production issues in real time, sometimes directly alongside customers
🛠 Own the Full Stack

You’ll work across a modern engineering stack including:
TypeScript
React
NestJS / Node.js
PostgreSQL + Prisma
AWS (SQS / SNS / Lambda)
Vercel
Docker

🧠 Turn Bespoke Work Into Product
Identify repeatable patterns across customer implementations
Collaborate closely with core engineering to transform custom solutions into scalable platform features
Balance speed with long-term product thinking

🔒 Build With Precision
Design systems with correctness, reliability, and auditability in mind
Work on infrastructure where edge cases and operational accuracy matter

💬 Communicate Clearly
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders including operators, engineers, founders, and finance teams
Work directly with engineering leadership and the CTO to define what world-class forward deployment looks like
