About the Role:
We are hiring Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic applications powered by cognitive ontologies and domain-aware reasoning systems. You will be customer-facing but not embedded—supporting multiple accounts through high-impact technical engagements, architecture design, and implementation of critical solution components.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery and translate customer workflows into cognitive ontologies, agent logic, and solution architectures.
Build production-ready components: pipelines, integrations, APIs, domain adapters, reasoning modules.
Guide customers through deploying, validating, and refining agentic applications using our platform.
Collaborate closely with product engineering to surface platform gaps and drive improvements.
Develop reusable patterns, templates, and deployment best practices that scale across customers.
Provide expert technical guidance during workshops, design sessions, and milestone checkpoints.
Requirements:
Strong software engineering background (Python or TypeScript preferred).
Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and system integration.
Ability to communicate clearly with customer engineering and domain teams.
Comfortable working across multiple customer accounts with structured engagement cycles.
Familiarity with AI/ML, agent architectures, or semantic/ontology modeling is a plus.
Who You Are:
A builder who enjoys solving real customer problems with real engineering.
Equally strong at technical deep dives and customer-facing collaboration.
Thrives in ambiguity and can convert domain complexity into clean technical solutions.
Before You Apply:
We move fast and we expect a lot. This role probably isn't right for you if:
You find ambiguity stressful rather than something to resolve
You prefer to stay in your lane rather than flag problems outside your immediate scope
You're looking for an engineering role inside a mature structure with a full support team around you
But if you're the kind of engineer who sees a broken integration and can't help but fix it — who treats "we've never built that before" as an invitation rather than a blocker — this is the role you've been looking for.
Why you'll love working here:
Attractive compensation and benefits commensurate with impact.
Daily lunch allowance
Overseas travel opportunities for training and work, providing exposure to international projects and collaborations.
An employee-centric culture that values skills and abilities, providing the necessary tools and resources to excel and advance in careers.
A collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
Flexible working hours.
