They don't just consult. They go in at executive level, identify the hardest problems, and build AI that delivers outcomes you can see with your own eyes. The Role
You are not a delivery consultant. You are not a solutions engineer. You are the person who bridges the gap between frontier AI and the factory floor. You will be embedded directly with enterprise clients, working alongside leadership teams to automate complex operational workflows and revolutionise how critical industries run. Every engagement is different. Every outcome is visible. You own it end to end. This is the kind of role that defines careers.

Who We're Looking For
🔵 You've built something from scratch and shipped it, a product, a start-up, a side project with real users. You know what it feels like to own the outcome.
🔵 You are passionate about AI and what it can do for industries the tech world has ignored, manufacturing, logistics, construction. You don't need to be convinced this matters.
🔵 You can walk into a room with a C-suite executive, understand their business in hours, and explain complex AI simply. No jargon, no ego.
🔵 You identify the highest value problem in a complex environment before anyone else in the room does - and you build the solution.
🔵 You are comfortable travelling regularly and working on-site with enterprise clients. Travel isn't a barrier, it's part of what makes this exciting.
🔵 Strong Python and SQL are non-negotiable. JavaScript welcome. Go and C# a bonus.
