We're hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our core team at Addy AI. You won't just write code. You'll deliver complete, user-facing features, solve high-impact problems for lenders and borrowers, and collaborate directly with a world-class AI team to build a game-changing company.

About You
Experienced AI Engineer: You have at least 3 years of experience building customer-facing products in production environments.
AI-Native: You’ve worked with or are eager to work with LLMs, vector databases, and agent workflows. Bonus if you’ve fine-tuned models or built custom AI agents.
Full Stack Proficiency: Comfortable across backend and frontend, from API development to UI delivery.
Action-Oriented: You care about outcomes. You move fast, learn quickly, and build practical solutions.
Builder Mentality: You like solving messy problems, exploring edge cases, and shipping value fast.
Clear Communicator: You’re proficient in English and can write and speak clearly. Engage with customers to build what they need.
