Role Overview
We are seeking a highly innovative and skilled Firmware Validation & AI Automation Engineer to join our next-generation platform engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level hardware/firmware validation and modern Artificial Intelligence. You will not only build robust, object-oriented Python test automation frameworks but also design and integrate AI agents
Key Responsibilities
Firmware Validation Strategy: Define test plans, validation strategies, and test cases for complex firmware/embedded features across pre-silicon (simulation/emulation) and post-silicon environments.
Python Test Automation: Design, build, and scale robust, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks from scratch using Python (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework).
AI & Agentic Framework Integration: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents (using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT) to automate complex test sequence generation, log analysis, and anomaly detection.
Required Skills & Experience
Firmware & Hardware Validation (5+ Years)
Strong fundamentals in embedded systems architecture (x86, ARM, or RISC-V).
Experience with hardware/firmware validation: BIOS, or PCIe, or NVMe, or BMC.
Hands-on debugging skills using hardware tools (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAG debuggers) and software utilities (GDB, register dumps, Wireshark).
Python Automation Proficiency
Expertise in Python scripting utilizing Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Proven track record of building and managing modular automation frameworks.
