Educational qualification: Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; MS is strongly desired

Skill set requirement:
Controller firmware testing such as HIL, SiL, simulation, white box testing
Accelerated Reliability Test Strategies.
creation and execution of effective DVP&R's
Reliability and endurance testing, HALT, HASS, etc.
Accelerated testing of mechanical and electrical systems and machines
Software and embedded systems testing
Measurement systems analysis
Sound and vibration testing
Reliability tools such as DFMEA, FTA, HALT
statistical analysis tools, such as miniTAB, JMP
LEAN, Six Sigma, and/or DFSS
