Designation - FIRMWARE ENGINEER, BARE METAL
Location- Hyderabad or Pune, India (Hybrid)

Experience: Manager/Supervisor level

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for silicon-based products.
Build and enhance firmware test frameworks and validation suites.
Support silicon bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, validation, and software engineering.
Develop and maintain software design infrastructure and development tools.
Perform firmware verification, validation, and troubleshooting throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous integration and automated build environments.
Ensure firmware quality, reliability, and maintainability through best engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in real-time embedded software development using C/C++.
Hands-on experience with RTOS and real-time scheduling concepts.
Solid understanding of 32-bit processor architectures.
Experience with hardware interfaces and protocols including:SPI I²C / SMBus/JTAG
Strong application and hardware debugging skills.
Experience in software verification and validation (V&V).
Proficiency working across Linux and Windows development environments.
Experience with: Git/GitLab / CI/CD workflows /Makefiles/CMake
