About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DSP/FPGA Engineer to lead the FPGA development for custom Radar systems. In this role, you will design and configure custom Zynq hardware, integrate high-speed mixed-signal components, and translate complex DSP algorithms into optimized FPGA hardware. You will own the entire high-speed data processing pipeline, ensuring deterministic latency, rigorous timing closure, and seamless hardware-software integration.
Responsibilities:
Mixed-Signal Synchronization: Integrate and synchronize complex mixed-signal components (ADCs, DDS, PLLs) using SPI and FMC LVDS to maintain absolute, deterministic phase control.
DSP-to-RTL Translation: Accelerate DSP pipelines by translating floating-point algorithmic models into optimized, fixed-point Verilog RTL, achieving deterministic latency for baseband processing and IQ demodulation.
High-Speed Data Pipelines: Achieve low-latency end-to-end data transmission pipelines usingAXI4-Stream DMA buffering and Ethernet TCP/IP (LwIP) for sustained, high-throughput deliveryto host PCs.
Hardware/Software Co-Design: Define optimal system boundaries by partitioning logic between the FPGA fabric and ARM bare-metal firmware (C/C++), ensuring efficient custom RTL integration within the processing system.
Required Skills:
Minimum one year of professional work experience with Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC/ Zed board architecture and toolchains (AMD Vivado, Vitis).
Strong proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog, System Verilog).
Hands-on experience synchronizing mixed-signal components and utilizing interfaces like SPI, I2C, and FMC LVDS.
Education Qualifications:
B-Tech or M-Tech in Electronics or closely aligned branches
Career > 80% with no backlogs
