Job Description: Field Application Engineer - Delhi
Role Summary:
Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products involving Communication modules, ASIC, power electronics and microcontrollers. This includes troubleshooting hardware, firmware, and system-level issues on-site at customer locations
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Customer Support: Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products. This includes troubleshooting hardware, firmware, and system-level issues on-site at customer locations
• Design-In: Drive "design-in" activities by assisting customer R&D teams with schematic reviews, PCB layout, and Firmware support.
• Part Promotions: Promote components of our line Card during initial phase of product development.
• Firmware and Algorithm Development: Assist customers in developing, debugging, and optimizing customers algorithms using embedded C/C++ programming.
• Hardware Knowledge : Power supply knowledge , automotive background will prefer.
• Product Promotion & Training: Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and hands-on training for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.).
• Technical Skills: In-depth product knowledge, understanding of relevant hardware/software.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently, willingness to travel frequently, customer-focused, detail-oriented.
Work Environment:
• Frequent travel to customer sites.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
