Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, delivering on-site mechanical support and ensuring timely resolution of technical needs.
Master laptop products, familiar with PC mechanical structure, staying up-to-date with new structure and CMF.
Diagnose and resolve customers' mechanical technical issues promptly; escalate complex problems to R&D and cross-functional support teams when necessary, and take ownership of closed-loop follow-up until full resolution.
Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation (e.g., design specifications, issue resolution summaries) to support knowledge sharing and customer problem-solving.
Monitor customers' project progress, collect feedback and technical insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations for product design optimization and technical risk mitigation.
Manage and coordinate technical projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery of product design implementations, satisfying customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or related majors, with 10 years or more of structural design experience in products such as laptops/mobile phones, and have independently and successfully taken charge of and organized the structural design of products.
Proficient in using design software such as Pro-E and AutoCAD (acad).
In-depth technical proficiency in relevant PC technologies and products.
Proficient in the manufacturing processes and design criteria of plastic parts, stamping parts and various diecasting parts. Skilled in the combined design of different processes, such as Insert molding and double ejection molding.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to customers.
Strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven ability to prioritize customer needs, manage expectations, and drive solutions to enhance long-term partnerships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
