About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support customer deployment and integration of liquid cooling solutions for data center applications. This role is primarily customer-facing and involves system installation, troubleshooting, and technical support for high-tech customers.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in lab and field environments, including handling equipment up to 30–40 lbs.
Responsibilities
Interface directly with high-tech customers to understand requirements and provide technical support
Travel to customer sites and data centers for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, thermal, and system-level issues
Support system integration and performance validation
Communicate technical findings through reports, presentations, and design reviews
Provide technical input for RFQs and customer requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or related field
Fluent in Mandarin and English is must
Work in lab and field environments and handle equipment up to 30–40 lbs
Experience with liquid cooling, thermal systems, or mechanical hardware
Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
Ability to travel and work in data center environments
