We're hiring an Estimation Engineer HVAC for our Data Center vertical.
The role is for someone with 4 to 8 years in HVAC estimation and tendering — someone who has worked through RFQs, BOQ verification, techno-commercial proposals, and vendor evaluations without needing handholding at any stage.
Data Center HVAC is precision work. The systems are mission-critical, the bid windows are tight, and the cost estimates have to hold.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 4–8 Years
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼: Head – Estimation & Tendering
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and techno-commercial proposals for HVAC projects.
Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.
Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and bid summaries.
Obtain, evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costing.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Project teams during bid preparation.
Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs.
Support tender submissions, bid clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
Strong experience in HVAC costing, estimation, and tendering.
Knowledge of Chilled Water Systems, CRAH/CRAC Units, Chillers, AHUs, PAHUs, Ventilation Systems, and BMS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
Candidates with experience in Data Center HVAC projects will be highly preferred.
