🔧 What You’ll Do:
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on production tools
Track equipment performance, downtime, and spare parts inventory
Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical issues
Develop maintenance procedures and technical documentation
💡 What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (semiconductor preferred)
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with high vacuum systems or laser technology is a plus
Military electronics or technical training highly valued
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
💰 What’s Offered:
$80K–$110K base salary (depending on experience)
Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more)
Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm)
