Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Engineer to join our team supporting engineering and design activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience working with process systems, P&IDs, and cross-functional project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, review, and redlining of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Support engineering documentation updates, including:
Process flow diagrams (PFDs)
Equipment and system documentation
Partner with senior engineers to support process and facility design activities
Participate in field walkdowns to verify system configurations and drawing accuracy
Support change controls and documentation updates in a GMP-regulated environment
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams to ensure accurate and compliant system documentation
Assist with project coordination and execution of small capital or facility improvement projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience (internships or co-ops highly preferred)
Basic understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, and process systems
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
