Entry Level Engineer

Assist with engineering design, development, testing, and implementation activities
Support senior engineers and project teams with technical tasks and project coordination
Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, reports, drawings, and specifications
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality
Conduct research, testing, and validation of engineering concepts and systems
Assist with equipment evaluations, installations, and commissioning activities
Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, quality, and other departments as needed
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
Internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience preferred
