Background & Overview
This is a high‑travel, client‑facing delivery role supporting complex enterprise system implementations for Growth Signals’ customers. You will work directly with senior enterprise stakeholders, often onsite, during critical delivery phases, translating ambiguous business problems into production‑ready, operational systems.
Growth Signals is hiring an Enterprise Deployment Engineer with hands-on experience implementing Palantir Foundry in production enterprise environments to deliver AI solutions from discovery through deployment and sustained operational use. This role is designed for engineers who have led customer implementations, owned delivery outcomes, and partnered directly with customers to operationalize data, AI models, and workflows at scale in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise customer solutions from discovery and requirements through deployment and adoption.
Drive customer discovery, translating high‑level business objectives into structured, executable delivery plans.
Serve as a senior technical advisor, converting ambiguous challenges into deployable, production systems.
Own implementation projects across data ingestion, integration, modeling, ontologies, and application development within Palantir Foundry or comparable ontology‑driven platforms.
Design, build, and maintain production‑grade datasets and ontology‑based models that support operational workflows, not analytics‑only use cases.
Build, deploy, and support model‑driven pipelines and workflows, including advanced automation where appropriate using Foundry‑style model and pipeline orchestration.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and operational reliability.
Partner directly with customers, often onsite, to drive adoption, operational readiness, and long‑term success.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure aligned execution and predictable delivery outcomes.
Identify and resolve delivery or technical risks while maintaining high standards for documentation, quality, and deployment readiness.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required for this role due to federal contract or regulatory requirements
2–3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and operating enterprise data platforms with integrated modeling and ontology layers, including Palantir Foundry experience
Demonstrated experience designing and operationalizing datasets, transformations, and domain ontologies in production environments
Experience building, deploying, or supporting models and model‑driven workflows within enterprise platforms such as Palantir Foundry
Proven ability to lead customer implementations end‑to‑end, including scoping, execution, and delivery ownership
3+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer‑facing technical delivery roles
Proficiency with APIs, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architectures
Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
Excellent customer‑facing communication skills and comfort operating under ambiguity
Willingness to travel 40–50%
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or enterprise delivery roles supporting Palantir‑based deployments
Experience operating in regulated, security‑conscious, or compliance‑constrained environments
Proven ability to operate autonomously, make sound technical decisions, and drive execution independently
Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA) or Remote (US)
Travel: Up to 40–50%
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Permanent
