Professional Qualifications: Diploma Mechanical Engineering / B Tech
Essential: Diploma Mechanical Engineering
Preferably: B Tech Mechanical Engineering
Professional Experience: (specify range in yrs) – Diploma – 8~ 10 Years Exp / B Tech 2 -3 year experience
Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required): Able to look after Crusher Mechanical and Limes stone feeding circuit maintenance, Record keeping, SAP PM system, Participate and involvement in safety, WCM system.
Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills
Gear box alignments and Belt circuit maintenance.
Maintain and implement safety culture at workplace.
Manpower management for efficiency improvement.
Exposure to Maintain SAP record, PTW and routine maintenance of crusher.
Maintenance & trouble shooting in L & T APCM2022 Crusher , Good SAP knowledge & communication skills.
Budgeting and Capex proposals

1: Minimum Qualifiction - Diploma Mechanical
Monitor & supervise the daily job activity of section.
Equipment scheduled & preventive maintenance planning.
Keeping record of maintenance activity of the equipment & maintain Daily, weekly checklist as er DGMS Guideline.
Execution of safety ,5s ,housekeeping &team building.
Equipment parts planning & working
familiar with SAP.
Communicate the Management guideline in downstream effectively
