We are seeking an Engineer to join our Quotations department and be responsible of preparing technical proposals based on calculations and designs made by technical team, the proposals department is the connection between the commercial and technical department.
PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Being part of the technical team, the proposal engineers also analyze and estimate the solution, if necessary, the aim is to provide a competitive price to our customers with all the technical elements needed to optimize their PV Plant.
Understand, analyze and elaborate the best solution with PV Hardware product to the customer requirements, and provide accurate pricing.
Responsible for reviewing technical aspects of customer needs and clarifying requirements to internal teams to provide accurate proposals.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
BS degree in Structural/Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or other degree of similar field.
1+ years in a similar position, preparing estimates is nice to have.
Intermediate in Auto-CAD is nice to have.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in solar or the renewable energy sector and Understanding of solar plant design is a plus.
Knowledge of using SAP software products is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Organized with strong time management skills.
Must be able to follow multiple tasks at once.
Must have a strong drive to earn business through an all-means-necessary mindset related to customer support.
Experience in Excel, office or similar software.

Commercial, structure, foundations, design teams, and clients.
