Analyze process and product data using statistical tools such as MSA, capability studies, DOE, and Minitab based analysis.
Monitor key process indicators to reduce variation, improve yields, and lower cost.
Establish equipment specifications, define control limits, and introduce new equipment or improved manufacturing techniques.
Troubleshoot and communicate equipment issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or vacuum systems.
Design, implement, and maintain tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process documentation to support manufacturability and product quality.
Conduct method and time studies, workstation analysis, value analysis, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Quality, Product Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production and continuous improvement.
Deliver on commitments with strong follow through, clear communication, and a solutions oriented mindset.

Who You Are..
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Two to five years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or process engineering.
Familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100, and or IATF 16949 quality systems.
Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering changes.
Skilled in statistical analysis and data driven decision making.
Comfortable working hands on in a production environment and collaborating across teams.
Strong communicator who can interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Motivated by continuous improvement and eager to take ownership of processes and outcomes.
