Role: Medical device test engineer with Embedded Systems Testing
Location: Acton MA, USA- 5 days office onsite
Experience: 6 to 15 Years

Responsible for coordinating Design Verification (DV) activities between client stakeholders and offshore teams, ensuring successful planning, execution, defect management, status reporting, and delivery of medical device verification projects. Acts as the primary point of contact for project tracking, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring quality and timely execution of DV milestones.
Job Description
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Client and Service Provider teams for all Systems DV testing activities.
Facilitate issue resolution, risk management, and escalation handling by working closely with Client stakeholders and offshore teams.
Coordinate daily with Client project teams, product owners, QA teams, and offshore resources to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables.
Maintain deep functional and technical knowledge.
Review test plans, test cases, requirements, and test execution strategies in collaboration with Client teams.
Author, review, and update manual test cases for POD, DASH, and International DASH products based on project needs.
Analyze Design Verification (DV) testing requirements and support planning and execution activities.
Perform and oversee manual test execution in accordance with Client-approved Systems DV test plans.
Ensure accurate defect identification, documentation, tracking, and closure using Client-approved defect management tools.
Review defect trends, prioritize issues, and coordinate defect triage activities with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and publish: Daily Status Reports, Weekly Project Updates, Monthly Test Execution Reports, Defect Summary Reports, Test Metrics and Dashboards.
Communicate project health, risks, blockers, and testing progress to Client Project Coordinators and stakeholders.
Ensure offshore team adherence to Client processes, quality standards, compliance requirements, and testing best practices.
Participate in feature discussions, requirement reviews, and project planning sessions.
15.Provide effort estimates, scope assessments, dependency analysis, and timeline recommendations for offshore team responsibilities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, testing processes, productivity, and delivery excellence.
