Looking for a Hands-on practical hardware development experience
Strong PCB design and debugging capability is critical
Candidate should be comfortable with lab instruments and prototype rework
Candidates from IoT, industrial electronics, or embedded product domains will align best

Must-Have Skills:
B.E. / B.Tech in: Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation Engineering (acceptable if embedded hardware focused)
3 to 8 Years in Embedded Hardware Product Companies, Electronics Product Development, Industrial Electronics / IoT / Embedded Systems, R&D Environment

Schematic Design & Circuit Engineering
PCB Design & Multi-Layer Layout
EDA Tools Expertise (Very Important ATS Keyword Area)
Hardware Bring-Up & Debugging

Preferred:
M.Tech / Master's in Embedded/Electronics is a plus
RF Hardware Design, Bluetooth / Wi-Fi / LoRa / Zigbee, High-Speed Interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB 3.x, SerDes); EMC/EMI Compliance, FCC / CE / CISPR
Functional Safety (IEC 61508 / ISO 26262), Python Scripting, ECAD-MCAD Co-Design
Designing production-grade embedded hardware, PCB design + fabrication release, Hardware debugging & board bring-up, Working with firmware teams, Prototype assembly/testing or Manufacturing handoff

Description:-
We are looking for a hands-on 3 to 8 years of Embedded Hardware Engineer who can independently handle complete electronics hardware development — from schematic design and PCB layout to prototype assembly, board bring-up, debugging, and production support. Candidates must have strong practical experience in multi-layer PCB design, embedded communication protocols, lab debugging tools, and manufacturing-oriented hardware development. The ideal profile comes from embedded product companies, IoT, industrial electronics, or R&D environments where they owned hardware designs end-to-end and worked closely with firmware and production teams.
