Job Description

The Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the engineering and design of ELV systems throughout all project phases. The role includes technical leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance, client interaction, and mentoring engineers to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Lead the design and engineering of ELV systems, including:
Fire Detection & Alarm System (FAS)
Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA)
CCTV Surveillance
Access Control System (ACS)
Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
Structured Cabling System (SCS)
ICT & Telecom Networks
Building Management System (BMS)
Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS)
Physical Security Information Management (PSIM)
Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS)
Develop design concepts, system architecture, basis of design reports, design calculations, and technical specifications.
Prepare equipment sizing, BOQs, cable schedules, IO schedules, network architecture, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable international and local codes and standards.
