Position: Full-Time, On-Site
We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer to design PCBs and support board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic circuit design, multi-layer PCB layout, microcontrollers, external memory, and laboratory testing. Proficiency with Altium Designer is required.
Responsibilities
Design analog, digital, power supply, and communication circuits.
Create schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
Design processor and microcontroller boards with external SDRAM, DDR, Flash, and other memory devices.
Route high-speed signals using impedance control, length matching, and proper termination.
Create and maintain schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and component libraries.
Select components and prepare bills of materials.
Define PCB stackups, grounding, routing, and design rules.
Review designs for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
Generate manufacturing files and support PCB fabrication and assembly.
Bring up, test, troubleshoot, and validate prototype boards.
Develop test procedures and document test results.
Work with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of electronics hardware design experience.
Strong experience with Altium Designer, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
Experience designing boards with microcontrollers, processors, and external memory.
Understanding of high-speed PCB routing, controlled impedance, length matching, and signal integrity.
Good knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
Experience with power supplies and communication interfaces.
Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and logic analyzers.
Knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, and design-for-manufacturing practices.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation.
Experience with Ethernet, USB, CAN, RS-485, SDRAM, DDR memory, EMI/EMC testing, and industrial electronic products is preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required. Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.
