Eligibility & Role Details
1. Experience: Graduates to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics hardware design, PCB design, schematic development, embedded electronics, or related domains.
2. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Balanagar Area)
3. Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
4. Domain: Defence – Robotics, Autonomous Systems, IoT Systems, Fire Control Systems, and Training
Simulators
5. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Embedded Systems, or related disciplines.
6. Career Entry Pathway:
a. Graduates (0–12 months experience): Will be considered under the Internship & Training Program comprising:
i. 6 months Internship
ii. Followed by 6 months Trainee Engineer role based on performance
b. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant industry experience: May be directly considered for Junior
Electronics Hardware Engineer positions, subject to technical evaluation and demonstrated competency.
7. Compensation Structure:
a. Internship: ₹15,000 per month
b. Trainee Engineer: ₹18,000 per month
c. Junior Engineer (1–2 years experience): Compensation commensurate with skills, experience, and assessment performance.
8. Post-Training Compensation: Salary revision and role progression will be determined based on
individual performance, technical capability, and business requirements.

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Electronics Hardware Design Engineer (0–2 years experience) to design
and develop electronic hardware systems for defence applications. The candidate will contribute to the
development of rugged, reliable, and mission-critical electronics used in unmanned systems, surveillance
platforms, communication equipment, robotics, and other defence technologies.
This is a hands-on role involving schematic design, PCB development, hardware integration, testing,
debugging, and qualification of embedded electronic systems operating in demanding environments.
Responsibilities
1. Hardware Design & Development
a. Analyze system requirements and select electronic components suitable for defence-grade embedded systems, considering reliability, environmental conditions, lifecycle availability, and performance objectives.
b. Design, develop, and optimize multilayer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or Eagle.
c. Develop analog and digital circuit schematics ensuring signal integrity, power efficiency, EMI/EMC
compliance, and thermal stability.
d. Design hardware interfaces for sensors, communication modules, navigation systems, and embedded processors used in defence platforms.
e. Interface sensors such as IMUs, GNSS receivers, magnetometers, barometers, temperature sensors, and payload electronics with embedded systems.
f. Support the development of electronics for robotic platforms, surveillance systems, and mission
computers.
2. Integration & Validation
a. Collaborate closely with embedded software, firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
b. Assist in prototype assembly, bring-up, integration, and verification activities.
c. Perform hardware testing, debugging, validation, and root-cause analysis using instruments and test equipment.
d. Evaluate system performance under varying environmental and operational conditions.
3. Reliability & Compliance
a. Design electronics to meet applicable defence and industrial standards for reliability, safety, and
electromagnetic compatibility.
b. Participate in EMI/EMC evaluation, environmental testing, vibration testing, thermal testing, and reliability qualification activities.
c. Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Testability
(DFT) practices.
4. Documentation & Configuration Management
a. Prepare and maintain design documentation, schematics, PCB layouts, interface control documents, Bills of Materials (BOMs), test procedures, and qualification reports.
b. Maintain engineering records and support configuration control throughout the product development lifecycle.
c. Contribute actively within a fast-paced defence technology startup environment and participate in iterative product development cycles.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Core Technical Skills
a. PCB Design Tools: Altium Designer (preferred), KiCad, Eagle
b. Circuit Design & Analysis: Analog circuit design (filters, amplifiers, power supplies, etc.), Digital circuit design (MCUs, logic gates, communication interfaces)
c. Schematic Capture & Layout: Multi-layer board design, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) best practices
d. Soldering of SMD components
e. Simulation & Analysis Tools (optional but valuable): LTspice, PSpice for circuit simulation, Signal integrity/power integrity tools like HyperLynx or SiSoft

Hands-on experience with: Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, function generators, debugging
