Join Our Team as an Avionics Electrical Systems Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
This position does not support teleworking;the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in:
Huntsville AL
Sunnyvale CA
Littleton CO
You will work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.

What does this role look like?
As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead and responsible product engineer missile electronics, working in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
Key Activities You Will Accomplish In This Role
Lead an interdisciplinary technical team in the development and production of electronics circuit card assemblies, units, and related test equipment.
Review engineering designs, test plans, and associated manufacturing and test procedures.
Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of world class avionics systems.
Resolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generation, review and presentation of Product Certification, and also support system level testing.
We Are Looking For
Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.
Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.
Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers.
Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
Missile design experience.
Typical Mins For This Role
3+ years of professional experience for this role.
Current DoD Interim Secret clearance or greater, thus you are a US Citizen.

Experience in overseeing the production and test of electronics assemblies.
Experience on Space and/or Missile Defense Missions.
Experience in product team leadership.
Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to build consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members.
Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Adaptable to new situations and demonstrate self-initiative in solving complex problems.
Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Existing DoD Secret clearance.
