Job Title: Electronics Engineer – Automotive LED Lighting
Location: Allen Park, MI (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Experience: 3–10 Years

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer with expertise in electronic circuit design, PCB development, and automotive electronics to support the design and development of LED lighting applications for automotive systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout using Altium, simulation using LTSpice, and product validation throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, simulate, and validate electronic circuits, systems, and products for automotive LED lighting applications.
Analyze customer and system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes.
Perform simulations, testing, and validation of electronic designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system-level issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, validation, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design review materials.
Support production teams during manufacturing and product launch activities.
Drive continuous improvements in performance, cost optimization, and product reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
3–10 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
Strong experience in:
Analog Circuit Design
Digital Circuit Design
PCB Design and Layout
Electronic Simulation and Validation
Hands-on experience with:
Altium Designer
LTSpice
Experience in hardware debugging and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of electronic design principles and product development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Automotive Electronics and LED Lighting systems.
Experience supporting product validation and manufacturing activities.
Familiarity with automotive quality standards and development processes.
Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments.
